"Positive Words" or any words for that matter, are powerful! They can make or break a person's spirit. They can build a person up or tear them down! With practice, one can learn to choose and use positive words to make an impact on another's life. When you visit this "happy space" you will find words that will make you smile, think, forgive, forget, love, find hope, discover your identity and a myriad of other things!

I will share stories of my, troubled, not so illustrious, past and how I triumphed, overcame adversity, and gained the respect of my colleagues. The aim is to enlighten encourage, and empower other women to take control of their own destinies, and rise up above the fray! Never let your past define you; if you stay in the past you can never move forward. AND above all don't listen to negativity, you'll start believing it and then living it.
I have been doing an "anti-bullying" tour for a few years in schools and churches. I also had an "Anti-bullying" rap song written and recorded for the tour.
Kiana S.M.A.R.T. for Class President is filled with some black history, activities for elections, and an engaging and inspiring story about a little black girl with a crazee hair doo who stands up to bullying and a boy competing against her. She's a character from my book SHOOZYQ and the AB Crew in Bully on the Playground.
Michelle Morgan Spady, author, teacher, speaker and entrepreneur. Her published titles include; children’s books, and women’s contemporary fiction. She works closely with her adult son, an artist.
When not in her art and writing studio, she is busy operating her company B’Artful, LLC. Recently, she founded THE LITERACY ART AND MIND FOUNDATION, a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization.
She has won numerous awards for her leadership to communities. She was featured in LEGENDARY LOCALS OF MCLEAN, VA and a contributor to the anthology, TWO MINUTES and THE SIDS SURVIVAL GUIDE. She resides in Reston, VA with her husband and son.
