Jenné Johns, MPH is the first time author of, “Once Upon A Preemie.” As an advocate for healthy lifestyles, childhood obesity prevention, and reducing healthcare disparities, Jenné found herself advocating for the needs of her son who was born prematurely. Although Jenné had a decade of experience working in the health field, this was not enough to prepare her for the life changing experience of nurturing her micro-preemie son out of the NICU.

About the Author

Jenné holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology Nutrition from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Jenné has lived in Philadelphia, Maryland, and New York City. She loves traveling and has been to many states in the US, Africa, Europe, Canada, and frequents the Caribbean Islands.
